1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Reisabåt, available at https://reisaboat.com/. By using our website and booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website or via direct contact.
A confirmation email will be sent once the booking has been completed.
Payment must be made in accordance with the terms stated during the booking process. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and the booking becomes binding once payment has been completed.
We accept payment by credit/debit cards and other available payment methods listed on our website.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation with a full refund is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the tour.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are not eligible for a refund.
If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the tour, the booking may be rescheduled free of charge to a new date, subject to availability.
Rescheduling is also allowed in case of illness.

4. Minimum Price and Extra Seats
Reisabåt reserves the right to fill available seats on the tour with other participants.
Some tours require a minimum number of participants or a minimum total price in order to operate.
If a customer books and pays for additional seat(s) to meet the minimum requirement, and the tour later fills up with more participants, Reisabåt will automatically refund the amount paid for the extra seat(s) purchased to meet the minimum requirement.
The refund will be issued once we have confirmed that additional participants have joined the tour.

5. Meeting Time and Delays
Participants must arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.
The tour may start without participants who arrive late.
No refund will be given for late arrival.
If participants arrive late but are still able to join, the duration of the tour may be reduced in order to maintain the schedule.

6. Changes to Services
Reisabåt reserves the right to modify or cancel tours due to weather conditions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If changes affect a booked tour, we will inform customers as soon as possible and offer suitable alternatives.

7. Cancellations by Reisabåt
If a tour is cancelled by Reisabåt, customers will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule to a new date.

8. Changes During the Tour
If the tour is unable to reach the planned destination, a full refund will be provided.
If the destination is reached and we return safely within a reasonable time, even in the event of engine problems or technical issues, no refund will be provided.

9. Liability and Safety
All participants must follow safety instructions and guidelines provided by Reisabåt staff.
Participation is at the participant’s own risk, and we recommend that customers have valid travel insurance.
Reisabåt is not responsible for personal injuries, lost belongings, or damages resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
We are also not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

10. Children
Tours are open to all age groups.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

11. Alcohol and Behavior
Reisabåt reserves the right to refuse participation to persons who:
Are visibly intoxicated
Behave in a way that may affect safety
In such cases, no refund will be given.

12. Canoe and Packraft – Equipment Responsibility
When renting a canoe or packraft, the customer is responsible for the equipment for the entire rental period.
Any damage, loss, or destruction of equipment must be covered by the customer.

13. Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 48 months from the date of purchase.

14. Photos and Marketing
By participating in our tours, you consent to photos and videos being used for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed, you must inform us before the tour starts.

15. Privacy
We collect and store customer information only for booking administration and communication purposes.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

16. Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Norwegian law.
